Exporting Your Trading Data and Reports

Guide to exporting your trade history, reports, and analytics for tax purposes or external analysis.

Accessing Export Options

Navigate to SettingsImport/ExportExport Data

Available Export Formats

Trade History (CSV)

Exports all trades with:

Date and time
Symbol and direction
Entry/exit prices
Quantity and P&L
Fees and commissions
Tags and notes

Tax Reports (PDF/CSV)

Generates IRS-ready reports:

Schedule D format for US traders
8949 worksheet data
Wash sale adjustments
Long-term vs short-term gains

Journal Entries (JSON/PDF)

Exports your session notes:

Pre/post session entries
Trade annotations
Screenshot references
Emotional state logs

Exporting for Tax Season

Step 1: Select Tax Year

Choose the calendar year for your report

Step 2: Select Account(s)

Include all relevant trading accounts

Step 3: Review Wash Sales

Step 4: Generate Report

Download your 8949-ready data or formatted PDF

Pro Tip: Automated Monthly Exports

Set up automated exports:

1Go to Settings → Scheduled Tasks
2Click Add Export Schedule
3Choose frequency and format
4Add email for delivery
